Junior Document Controller-GMP/Pharma

We are currently looking for a Document Controller to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Support document control activities, including document filing, tracking, version control and maintenance of records.
• Scan, digitise and upload paper-based validation documents into ValGenesis and the electronic document repository.
• Create and maintain document templates, metadata and document structures within the system.
• Perform document indexing, data entry, quality checks and reconciliation of migrated records.
• Provide general administrative and hands-on support throughout the transition from paper-based to digital validation workflows.
