Junior Digital Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analysis for residential, commercial, and data center projects and prepare structured technical reports.
• Develop OSE and PUE reports using engineering data and automated analytics.
• Perform lighting simulations and assess energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out site inspections to evaluate mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and compile condition assessments.
• Build and automate data analysis workflows using Python and SQL to process sustainability and engineering data.
• Analyze large datasets to support Green Mark (BCA) scoring and performance benchmarking.
• Create dashboards and automated reports for internal stakeholders.
• Draft and update AutoCAD drawings to reflect design and sustainability changes.
• Document methodologies, findings, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability standards.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or data automation tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, lighting simulation tools, or Green Mark frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
