The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Developer to join our growing technical team.

You will work closely with product, strategy, and engineering teams on live AI products and intelligent systems already being used by luxury hospitality brands. This is a highly hands-on role with exposure to modern AI workflows, backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and production-grade conversational AI infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond traditional development work and gain real-world experience building AI-native products and scalable systems from the ground up.

What You Will Be Working On

AI Product Development

• Build and maintain LLM-powered and agentic AI systems using modern frameworks and tools
• Develop Python-based orchestration layers and intelligent backend services
• Design and implement memory architectures and structured data persistence systems
• Build custom tools and integrations that allow AI systems to access live market and operational data
• Work on intelligent workflows that combine automation, reasoning, and data processing

Conversational AI & Chatbot Systems

• Deploy and maintain AI-powered chatbot systems for luxury hospitality clients
• Improve system prompts, workflows, and knowledge bases based on real-world usage
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement client feedback
• Support multi-channel messaging deployments across hospitality touchpoints

Data Pipelines & Integrations

• Build reusable API wrappers and data connectors for travel, market intelligence, review, and advertising platforms
• Develop scheduled jobs and automated workflows for data collection and normalization
• Work with structured and semi-structured datasets to power analytics and AI systems
• Support both live AI tool calls and scheduled backend processing pipelines

Dashboard & Analytics Systems

• Maintain and improve internal dashboards and reporting systems
• Manage integrations with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across client reporting systems
• Support analytics workflows used by internal strategy and client success teams

Backend & Infrastructure

• Work with relational databases and backend APIs
• Design database schemas, write migrations, and optimize queries
• Deploy and manage services within cloud-based environments
• Support containerized applications and scalable infrastructure

What We Are Looking For

Core Technical Skills

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong fundamentals in Python and backend development
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, or backend systems
• Familiarity with async processing and scheduled workflows
• Experience working with third-party REST APIs and technical documentation
• Frontend familiarity with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Comfort working with SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments

AI & LLM Systems

You should have a strong interest in AI-native product development and a good understanding of how modern LLM-powered systems work. Experience or familiarity with the following is highly valued:

• Prompt engineering and system prompt design
• Agentic AI workflows and tool-calling architectures
• Conversational AI systems and context management
• Memory architectures and multi-turn conversation handling
• Working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience building production chatbot systems or AI products
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and messaging platform APIs
• Experience with prompt optimization or LLM fine-tuning
• Knowledge of cron jobs, orchestration systems, or message queues
• Experience working with HubSpot, Meta APIs, or marketing platforms
• Previous exposure to hospitality, travel, luxury brands, or consumer technology
