Junior Developer ( Java )

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and resource needs.

• Implement scalable, containerized web applications.

• Create comprehensive documentation, perform unit testing, and develop Docker Compose files.

• Integrate applications with messaging platforms (Solace, IBM MQ), databases (Oracle via JDBC), and front-end delivery systems (web and mobile via WebSocket).

• Work collaboratively with a small team of local and offshore developers.

Key Requirement:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with: Java, preferably with Quarkus Java Native experience, Node.js, preferably with AngularJS experience, Docker/Podman for containerization, Messaging platforms such as Solace Pub Sub+, IBM MQ, Kafka. , Oracle DB and SQL, JDBC, REST APIs, WebSocket, JWT, Web caching.

• Proven experience in full-cycle web application development (not limited to maintenance).

• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, especially Agile.

• Understanding of container security and compliance best practices and Knowledge of security testing practices and remediation strategies.

• Familiarity with mobile web delivery using Flutter/Dart and server-driven UI rendering.

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
