About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Dealer to join our team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently executing trades and handling all trading-related matters for institutional clients. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying aligned with market conditions and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
- To execute client orders efficiently and accurately with minimal errors
- To keep clients informed of order status and market developments
- To ensure completion of all related tasks by the end of each trading day
- To monitor trade management and improve trade execution efficiency
- To actively engage with clients to provide high-quality client servicing
- To comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, guidelines, and internal controls
- To maintain trading license by attending relevant training and obtaining required CPE points
What we're looking for
- Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
- Preferably at least 3 years experience dealing in capital markets products, including securities and collective investment schemes
- Preferably holds SG market license
- Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail
- Motivated, adaptable, and willing to take ownership beyond assigned responsibilities
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision trading environment
