Junior Data Scientist

We are seeking two highly motivated Junior Data Scientists/Developers to join our dynamic team. These roles will focus on developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency various data index. This is a one year renewable contract.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this Junior Data Scientist/Developer role will have a minimum of two years of experience and strong proficiency in English. While a background in aviation and logistics services is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The candidate should have graduated from a top-tier university and possess a global mindset, as the role involves working with international teams. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is essential, along with the technical skills specified in the job description.

Responsibilities: As a Junior Data Scientist/Developer, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets relevant to our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and cleaning data from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis. You will assist in developing and implementing machine learning models to identify trends and patterns in air freight data. Additionally, you will create interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with the data engineering team is crucial to design and implement data pipelines that ensure data integrity and availability. You will also be responsible for resolving data quality issues, optimizing data processing workflows, and enhancing model performance. Strong communication skills are necessary to present your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
