Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team within the banking domain. The successful candidate will support business requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technology and process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications and process flows.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support testing activities and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in banking or financial services).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to regulatory or compliance projects in banking.
• Knowledge of data modelling or BI tools.
