Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers and vendors for issue resolution.
- Review business workflows or system functionalities and recommend improvements.
- Provide 24/7 operational support to ensure system availability.
- Troubleshoot cybersecurity issues, including fault isolation.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for optimal system performance.
- Manage service requests and incidents for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with service providers/vendors to meet SLAs.
- Support critical events on a rotational basis as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions are a plus.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience preferred fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in operations support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales.
