Job Description

Job Summary
The Junior Customer Service supports the sales team and helps maintain strong relationships with customers. The role involves assisting with enquiries, preparing basic sales documents, and supporting order fulfilment under supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Handle and follow up on customers orders to ensure smooth processing.
  • Support the sales team in order fulfilment activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales and purchase order activities.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain proper records.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the system.
  • Assist in coordinating shipments with vendors and forwarders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum N Level qualification or at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Attention to details.
  • Pleasant, cheerful disposition with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • IT literate, proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in the aviation industry or a background in sales support, purchasing, or logistics is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus (for oversea market).
  • Immediate availability.
