The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detailed-oriented Corporate Administrator to support Trident's Corporate Servies team. The successful candidate will assist in the administration and secretarial duties for Singapore companies managed by Trident, while supporting the Corporate Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Duties
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of Singapore entities and support the delivery of corporate secretarial services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, registers, corporate documents, and internal databases.
- Assist in the preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, annual filings, and other corporate documentation.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and support the timely filing of Annual Returns, AGM matters, and other regulatory submissions.
- Assist with bank account opening applications, maintenance matters, banking documentation, and payment-related requests.
- Support CorpPass administration and Work Pass matters where applicable.
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, due diligence checks, periodic reviews, file reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Conduct file reviews to ensure client records, statutory documents, and information maintained in internal systems are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Support remediation exercises, data cleansing initiatives, and statutory records housekeeping projects.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, AML/CFT requirements, regulatory obligations, and Trident's quality standards.
- Support client billing, invoicing, debtor follow-up, and other administrative matters.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, banks, regulators, and internal stakeholders on administrative and corporate services matters.
- Keep abreast of relevant regulatory and compliance developments through training and on-the-job learning.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support operational improvement initiatives, special projects, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Skills and Knowledge
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, corporate services, company secretarial, compliance, trust, fiduciary, or related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies and work with large volumes of data.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Singapore corporate regulatory requirements, including ACRA filings and corporate governance matters, would be advantageous.
- Exposure to KYC/CDD reviews, client onboarding, periodic reviews, file reviews, or administrative support functions would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with VPoint or other corporate secretarial systems would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered for this position.
