ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Corporate Administrator provides administrative and HR support to the Management Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
This is an entry-to-junior level position focused on coordination, documentation, record-keeping, and operational support. The role supports corporate administration processes while gaining exposure to HR functions, office management, and cross-department coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare meeting materials and draft minutes.
- Support preparation of internal reports and documentation.
- Monitor follow-up actions and track deadlines.
- Handle correspondence and maintain proper filing systems.
2. Office Administration
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support invoice verification and document processing.
- Maintain office equipment servicing records.
- Provide general administrative support to departments as needed.
3. Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment coordination (posting ads, arranging interviews).
- Support onboarding documentation and staff records maintenance.
- Maintain leave records and update HR databases.
- Assist with staff confirmations, benefits administration, and insurance updates.
- Support staff engagement activities and HR initiatives.
4. Service & Process Support
- Assist in compiling feedback and operational observations.
- Support service quality documentation and follow-up tracking.
- Participate in improvement initiatives as assigned.
5. Ad-Hoc Support
- Provide administrative assistance for projects and cross-functional tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered.
