Position Overview

We're looking for a Junior Copywriter / Copywriter with 1–4 years of experience who is:

• An AI whiz—proficient in using AI to fuel research, strategy and first drafts
• A strategist—turning client briefs into razor-sharp big ideas and creative solutions
• A creative spark—your words stop thumbs and start conversations

AI is changing the way creative work gets done, and we're looking for someone who knows how to make the most of it. Whether it's for research, exploring ideas, or developing a first draft, you know how to use AI to work smarter while bringing your own creativity, judgment, and original thinking to every piece of work.

• Your 5 slides mini campaign deck based on a mock brief of your choice that showcases your strategic storytelling, creative flair and AI integration.

Your campaign deck should include:

1. Strategy & Insight: Set up the narrative based on your research and key insights.
2. Big Idea & Tagline: Present your core concept and a memorable campaign tagline and manifesto.
3. Channel Plan & Communications: Provide sample content for at least two platforms, including a 60-second video script.
4. Visual Moodboard: Create a collage of visual cues, brand attributes, and style directions.
5. Appendix: List the exact AI prompts you used and the raw AI outputs.

We'll be looking at how you integrate AI and your overall creative sense and critical judgment.
