Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of local dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Handle food items safely, following food hygiene regulations.
  • Work efficiently to meet orders during peak times.
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singaporean cuisine and local flavors is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
