STEM Genius Coding & Robotics Academy is seeking a Junior Coding & Robotics Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of teaching or enrichment experience, who are able to manage a class independently and guide students in basic coding and robotics activities.

You will deliver structured lessons using our curriculum and teaching materials, focusing on building students problem-solving skills through hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coding and robotics lessons to students aged 5 to 12
• Guide students in basic programming concepts (e.g. Scratch, Python) and robotics activities (e.g. LEGO SPIKE, WeDo)
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure smooth lesson delivery
• Support students in completing assigned tasks and projects
• Provide basic progress updates to parents when required
• Prepare and reset classroom materials before and after lessons

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of teaching, enrichment, or training experience
• Basic knowledge of coding (e.g. Scratch, Python) or robotics is preferred
• Able to manage a class independently and engage young learners
• Comfortable working with children aged 5 to 12
• Willing to work on weekends (core teaching days)
• Good communication and classroom management skills

Training & Support

• Structured training will be provided for LEGO robotics platforms and curriculum delivery
• Lesson materials and teaching guides are provided
