Key Responsibilities:
- Data Processing - Generate and analyze various data sets from live databases to produce statistical insights related to trading activities.
- Risk Analysis - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments regarding system functionalities and the company's market exposure.
- Trade Management - Oversee trade executions, perform regular accuracy checks, and identify sharp flow and toxic trading behavior.
- In house Tool Development - Engage in research, development, and enhancement of our in-house risk management systems after gaining a thorough understanding of our operations and exhibiting expertise.
General Responsibilities:
- System Oversight - Ensure pricing consistency and stable connectivity across client interfaces and external service providers.
- Product Development - Continuously work on expanding and refining the company's array of financial products to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Interdepartmental Support - Provide back-office support to various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance without direct client interaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Commitment to shift work is essential.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AI ,MYSQL and Python is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platform is beneficial, as is familiarity with technology solutions from vendors such as PrimeXM and OneZero.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
