About the Role

We are a Singapore-based live-in caregiver agency specialising in caring for elderly and adults with care needs.
As we expand, we are hiring Junior Care Advisors to join our care team and support families through caregiving decisions.

This role is suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, recruitment, or healthcare-related roles who are looking to grow into a meaningful, consultative career.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from families via WhatsApp, phone, and email

• Understand care needs and family preferences

• Assist with matching suitable caregivers

• Coordinate interviews between families and caregivers

• Support administrative and MOM-related processes (training provided)

• Follow up on placements and support post-placement communication

• Work closely with the care operations team

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holder

• 1-2 years experience in:

  • customer service

  • recruitment / coordination

  • healthcare or social services

• Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally

• Willing to learn healthcare regulations and care advisory skills
