Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the management of areas of accountability of the business, covering products, propositions and regulatory and compliance considerations, working with partners from across the bank.
  • Assist & work closely with Senior Business Manager in delivering on the Private Banking strategy in line with the Group strategy objectives locally and regionally.
  • Support & lead change management activities & initiatives for Asia
  • Provide analytical support for COO and CFO in order to plan and implement business strategy
  • Drive regular strategic business reviews with coverage to minimize cost
  • Handle & support other ad hoc projects or BAU matters

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 2-5 years of Finance, COO, Strategy or Business Management in a Banking environment
  • Strongexperience in Project Management skills
  • Strong Experience in costing, controls, handling financials and business management.
  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
