Taleo:
Private Bank, Perm
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Manager to support the global strategy process - development, implementation and process alignment to regional businesses.
  • Lead the change management activities, projects and initiatives
  • Prepare monthly reports such as performance against budget and KPIs for the management
  • Assist in setting the agendas, presentation materials and track project status during meeting and off- sites
  • Direct support for COO & CFO for BAU matters and ad hoc tasks
  • Handle other BAU, ad hoc projects and operational matters (finders fee/Retrocession calculation)

Requirements:
  • Min Degree holder with 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in bank
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good command of the English language to communicate with stakeholders
