Job Summary: Junior Business Development

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Development to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and client relationship management, with the ability to handle operational tasks such as invoicing and documentation. This role requires someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic business development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Support (Staff Augmentation):

  • Assist in closing staff augmentation deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and opportunities for staff augmentation services.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth communication between delivery teams and clients.

3. Statement of Work (SOW):

  • Draft, review, and revise Statements of Work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SOWs with deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

4. Invoicing & Financial Coordination:

  • .Manage invoicing processes (payables and receivables), track payments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular financial status reports to support business development decision-making.

5. Business Opportunity Registration:

  • Record and update opportunities in the company's CRM/system to maintain accurate pipeline visibility
  • Monitor and track opportunity progress, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships or entry-level acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT) and is comfortable with proposal creation.

Desired/Preferred:

  • Experience in staff augmentation or professional services sales.
  • Familiarity with drafting and managing Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Knowledge of invoicing systems and financial reconciliation.
  • Contract administration, including vendor onboarding, vendor checks, and payment processing.
