Junior Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the broadcasting and AV industries.
• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for clients
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies (e.g. broadcast systems, streaming solutions)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Coordinate and support client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
• Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Project, Operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team
• Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Media Technology, or related field
• Strong interest in broadcasting, media technology, or AV systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior internship or exposure to sales, media, or technical environments is an advantage
