. manage small changes (CRs) and budget for Innovation Group ring fenced resources.

. Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests

. Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements and upload in eRequest System.

. Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change

. Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation

. Prepare presentation to governance forum for approval

. Prepare update and value realisation report to PSC

Secondary role is to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources, coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head, prepare meeting deck, project dashboard, training arrangement.

Education:

. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Finance or Engineering or Data Science.

. At least 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

. Strong verbal and written communications skills

. Energetic, organized and analytical with an aptitude for details and able to work under pressure and independently.

. Previous experience in system analysis and PMO work preferred

. Fast learner and like to work with people

. Excellent tracking skills

. Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.

. Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA

. Good data analysis skills
