In our Corporate Development & FP&A team, you will play a pivotal role in digitalising our reporting landscape-transforming complex, raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Your analysis will directly support the Group's strategic decision-making, from evaluating M&A opportunities to enhancing the performance of our healthcare business units.
This is a hybrid role focusing on two core pillars:
Strategic FP&A
- Monitor monthly financial and operational KPIs (e.g., patient volume, average bill size, clinic utilization) to identify growth levers and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain and improve automated Power BI dashboard to provide the leadership team with real-time visibility on clinic performances.
- Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and perform monthly variance analysis to uncover cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the Finance team to identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
Corporate Development& M&A
- Build robust DCF and ROI models to evaluate new clinic openings and potential M&A acquisitions.
- Assist in due diligence and strategic research for corporate expansion initiatives.
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring financial reporting alignment and process standardization.
Minimum Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's degree with honours in accountancy, finance, business analytics, ora related field from a reputable university (NUS, NTU, SMU, or overseas equivalent).
- Attention to Details: High level of accuracy working with large and complex dataset take ownership in maintaining zero-defect deliverables.
- Motivation & Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to acquire new skills and challenge the status quo.
Optional:
- Experience: Prior internships or graduate experience in Big 4, Corporate Finance, or the Healthcare sector.
- Professional Certification: ACCA, CPA or CFA (minimum Level 2 candidate).
IT proficiency:
- Exposure to Advanced Excel (Power Query), data visualisation (Power BI/Tableau),database (SQL), or automation tools (Python / Power Automate).
