Junior BIM Modeller / Assistant (M&E / MEP)

• Produce MEP models and layouts using Revit based on approved design information.
• Develop basic plans, sections, details, and plant room layouts.
• Extract relevant information from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Assist with space planning and service routing within assigned areas.
• Prepare and update shop drawings under guidance from senior team members.
• Support the preparation of as-built models and drawings.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate model information.
• Assist with basic coordination checks between MEP services.
• Support engineers and project teams with BIM-related drawing requirements.
• Participate in site visits and coordination activities when required.
