Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails following quality and presentation standards to enhance guest satisfaction
- Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to build positive customer relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area to comply with health and safety standards
- Monitor bar inventory levels and assist with restocking to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient bar service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Required competencies and certifications
- 1-3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment fresh graduates with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work late shifts
- Possess knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes, including classic and contemporary drinks
- Demonstrate familiarity with various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team
- Manage multitasking and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Meet legal drinking age requirements and hold any required certifications or licenses
