We're looking for a Junior Barista to join our team! This is an entry-level, all-rounder role where you'll learn the art of coffee while also supporting front-of-house service. If you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and love working in a team, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and caf beverages
- Support FOH duties: order taking, food running, table service & cashiering
- Keep the caf clean, organised, and welcoming
- Restock bar and floor supplies as needed
- Be flexible - switch between barista and service roles depending on the shift
- Learn and grow under the guidance of our senior baristas
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to be an all-rounder (bar + FOH) and/or (Bar + Kitchen support)
- Eagerness to learn coffee skills and caf operations
- Team player who is reliable and punctual
