6 Letter Brunch is a bicycle-friendly cafe in Siglap along the best brunch locations in the East at Frankel Avenue serving brunch, lunch, dinner, and coffee 8am everyday! We have many collective spaces which includes bicycle parking space, garden swing for our Swing & Dine experience. Our plants are all real plants creating a cozy indoor and outdoor seating.

6 Letter Brunch Crawford Lane is our 3rd cafe outlet in Jalan Besar Town and is 5 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station behind ICA Building in the Kampung Glam Jalan Besar neighbourhood. We are inside the Outpost Climbing gym, one of Singapore's biggest rock climbing facilities. Job Summary

You will support daily front-of-house and kitchen operations by preparing food and beverages per SOP, assisting customer service and inventory tasks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily front-of-house activities to ensure smooth customer service and cafe operations

• Prepare food and beverages, including espresso coffee, latte art, smoothies, waffles, and menu items following SOPs

• Assist customers with service and cashier duties to deliver a positive dining experience

• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning tasks to maintain cafe hygiene and aesthetics, including watering plants

• Conduct inventory stock checks to support supply management

• Distribute promotional flyers as needed to support marketing efforts

• Maintain punctuality and demonstrate a hardworking, patient, and passionate attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs

• Comply with food safety standards according to SFA food hygiene regulations

• Assist kitchen operations, material ordering, rostering, and administrative tasks in senior roles

• Support the manager with tasks as required to meet business needs

• Uphold the highest quality standards in customer service and 5S housekeeping practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Adherence to SFA food hygiene and safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome training and support will be provided
