Baking & Production Support
- Assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
- Help with ingredient weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
- Ensure consistent product quality by following established SOPs and hygiene protocols.
- Prepare baking trays, mold and utensils before production and clean them after use.
- Support product packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment at all times.
Requirements:
- 5 days work week
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Excited to grow with the brand
- Passion for excellence and ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs

- A self-starter who is pro-active and able to work independently
