ADTLaw LLC is a boutique commercial law firmwith expertise in, among others, complex civil litigation and arbitrationspanning a wide range of areas, investigations and white collar crime,employment, corporate and M&A transactions, and banking and finance. ADTLawLLC entered into a Formal Law Alliance with Ashurst LLP in 2017.

ADTLaw LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Junior Associate to support and be part of our dynamic growing disputes team. Fresh graduates who expect to be admitted to the Singapore Bar this year and those with up to 1 year post-qualification experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be admitted to the Singapore Bar and have:

. Strong legal analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Excellent research and drafting skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

. Native fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage
