Junior Associate (1–2 PQE) – Data Protection & Cybersecurity

A leading international law firm is looking to grow its IP/TMT/Cyber practice in Singapore with the addition of a Junior Associate.

This role will focus on data protection and cybersecurity matters, advising a diverse client base on regulatory compliance, incident response, and broader technology-related issues across Asia.

The team regularly advises MNCs, including major technology platforms, media players, and financial institutions, on complex, cross-border issues spanning data protection, cyber incidents, and emerging digital asset frameworks. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory and incident-driven work, including supporting high-profile data breaches, navigating regulatory engagement across jurisdictions, and advising on evolving areas such as digital assets, online platforms, and fintech ecosystems.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years PQE, qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or Australia
• Prior exposure to data protection and/or cybersecurity work
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Keen interest in technology and digital regulatory developments
