MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Management team in client servicing, account management, and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain exposure to client-facing roles within the financial services / fintech / wealth management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing and servicing client portfolios
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation and KYC processes
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity in internal systems
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and portfolio updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth client experience
  • Monitor client transactions and flag any issues or discrepancies
  • Assist in executing client instructions and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Support business development initiatives, including market research and client outreach
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience in banking/fintech is a plus)
  • Strong interest in client relationship management and financial services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic understanding of financial products (e.g., FX, payments, crypto, wealth products)
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
  • Multilingual abilities (especially Mandarin) is an advantage for regional client coverage
