Job Summary
The Junior Functional Consultant acts as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to understand customer business requirements, configure ERP software and AI agents, ensuring smooth project implementation while optimising processes and functionalities through team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users to gather and analyse business requirements for ERP and AI agent configurations that meet client objectives
- Translate customer needs into clear functional specifications to guide technical team development and ensure alignment with business goals
- Configure ERP software and AI agents to reflect client business processes and optimise operational efficiency
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Monitor project implementation progress and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Leverage team expertise to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance system functionality and user experience
- Support customers by addressing requests and clarifications promptly to maintain strong client relationships
