Job Brief

We are looking to hire Junior AI Developers (Entry Level) to join our Robotics Team. This is a position to assist the existing research team in their designing, training, and refinement of AI models. This role is designed for diploma graduates who possess strong technical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in AI. The successful candidates will support our work in developing and deploying AI models.

You should, ideally, HAVE a relevant Diploma in the fields of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.

Responsibilities

1. Support the existing research team in the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.

2. Run experiments and evaluation of model performance.

3. Participate in field work to gather data to train new AI models or refine existing ones.

4. Provide basic field support and troubleshooting for AI systems.

Technical Requirements

. Relevant Diploma in the field of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or Embedded Systems, OR proof of exceptional talent.

Critical Skills

- Proven proficiency with writing code, minimally, Python.

Nice to Haves

- Experience deploying and using AI models for image segmentation and recognition, and scene recognition.

Working Conditions

- Combination of office/lab- and field-based work.

- May require occasional travel for site deployments and field work.

- Standard working hours, with flexibility required during deployment or testing phases.
