Junior AI Builder Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, development, and implementation of innovative AI and digital solutions across the lifecycle of the digital insurance journey.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to prototype and scalenew ideasacross geographies.

• Own and manage the innovation pipeline, from idea generation to proof-of-concept and scaling.

• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams.

• Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuringtimelyand expected delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate product performance for continuous iteration and improvement.

• Optimizeproduct performance through iterative development improvements and features using data and insights.

• Build processes to design new products and propositions using customer research and data, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Skill Sets: Proficient in tech specifically AI tools like Claude Code, MS Copilot.
