e are looking for a junior-level candidate or fresh graduate who is passionate about AI and digital innovation to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop Generative AI (GenAI) solutions from scratch with guidance and hands-on experience.
Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities
AI Development & Learning (Key Focus):
- Assist in developing basic Generative AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, simple automation tools, document processing).
- Support building and testing AI applications using available tools, platforms, and APIs.
- Learn how to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
- Perform testing, debugging, and improvement of AI outputs.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on AI tools, trends, and technologies.
Digitalization Support:
- Support digital transformation projects across departments.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Help track project progress and ensure timely updates.
Software & User Support:
- Assist in system implementation and basic configuration.
- Prepare simple user guides and provide basic user support.
- Support training sessions for staff on new digital tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Internship or school project experience in AI, automation, or programming is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and automation technologies.
- Basic knowledge of programming, APIs, or AI tools (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and build from scratch under guidance.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.
