Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence to maintain effective communication
- Prepare job, purchasing, and delivery orders accurately to support operational needs
- Maintain and organize records to ensure documentation is current and accessible
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings to optimize team coordination
- Coordinate material collection with the Operations Team to support project timelines
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks to facilitate overall office efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or logistics involving coordination and planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
