About the job Junior Accountant / Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Financial Analyst to support our finance operations, with Singapore as the primary focus. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Singapore accounting standards, IRAS requirements, GST filings, and general financial operations.

In addition to Singapore responsibilities, the role will extend support to Ireland and the USA, working closely with local finance teams and external accounting partners to ensure consolidation and compliance across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities Singapore (Main Scope)

  • Handle full-set accounting according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Prepare monthly closing activities: journals, reconciliations, schedules, and variance analysis.
  • Manage IRAS-related submissions, including:
  • GST (F5 submissions, adjustments, reconciliations)
  • Corporate tax preparation support
  • Addressing IRAS queries when required
  • Support finance documentation, cost reporting, and related statutory requirements.
  • Prepare management reports, budgeting support, and cash-flow tracking.
  • Coordinate with auditors during annual audit and maintain proper documentation.
  • Oversee AR/AP functions, vendor payments, claims, and expense processing.

.Extended Responsibilities Ireland & USA (With Local Team Support)

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore accounting and IRAS requirements, especially GST.
  • Exposure to multi-region or multi-entity accounting is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle tight timelines.
