About this Job:

You will be part of the Twin City Sales team, which strives to provide service excellence to solve our customer's cooling issues.

Our office is located at Tampines West (DT31) as a company in the service industry, our work week consists of 5 working days.

This will be a great opportunity to hone your interpersonal skills and gain hands-on exposure to the weather-proof service industry.

Responsibilities:

Address customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Routinely engage existing customers to follow up with current requirements

Ensure that solutions are communicated clearly to customers (ie. appointment arrangement priority, front-line support etc.)

Processing and recording of customer orders (arranging of appointments, ensuring that all orders are processed according to SOP)

Assist in ad hoc administrative and operational matters

Requirements:

Motivated individuals that are looking to gain exposure/experience in the service industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Good command of written and spoken English

Comfortable with engaging with customers over the phone and in-person

Able to work well in a team

Able to express opinions and give constructive feedback

Bonus points for:

Good command of spoken mother tongue languages

A deep passion or experience for the service industry

Experience in the the electronics industry
