Job Title: Junior Account cum Admin (1-Year Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account cum Admin to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth office functions, accurate financial records, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Handle Full Set Account, AP/AR, billing, and payment processing, etc.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, data entry, and filing of financial documents
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Maintain petty cash records and claims
- Support accountant/finance team on ad-hoc tasks
Administration
- Perform general office administration duties (filing, documentation, correspondence)
- Handle procurement of office supplies and support day-to-day office operations
- Assist in HR/admin tasks such as staff records, attendance, or simple coordination (if required)
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external partners
- Perform any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work soon is an advantage
Contract Details
- 1-year contract (renewal subject to performance and business needs)
- Office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
