Job Scopes:

• Plan and coordinate the engagement of judges and mentors.
• Manage invitations, confirmations, schedules and communications.
• Coordinate briefing sessions and provide judges/mentors with programme information.
• Manage event-day registration, check-in, attendance and operational requirements.
• Handle queries, last-minute changes and any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as registration, hospitality and event operations.
• Manage post-event follow-up, feedback, attendance records and reporting.
