E-Commerce Executive
- Salary: $2600 - $3000
- Working Days: Mon - Fri (9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Working Location: Nearest MRT at Canberra
Requirements
- 1 year experience in E-commerce management with Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers
- Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut) for social media content.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Website Management
- Listing Optimization: Create and maintain high-quality product listings (titles, descriptions, and specs) for aquatic dry goods and plants.
- Pricing & Promotions: Set up flash sales, vouchers, and campaign participations (e.g., 11.11, 25th Payday sales) on Shopee/Lazada.
- Inventory Sync: Ensure online stock levels accurately reflect our warehouse availability to prevent overselling.
Digital Content & Social Media
- Visual Marketing: Take clear photos and short videos of new arrivals (new aqua scaping gear or rare plants) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Copywriting: Write engaging, informative captions that educate hobbyists on how to use our products.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages on social media to build brand trust.
Customer Experience (Online)
- Chat Support: Handle technical pre-sales inquiries via platform chat
- Review Management: Encourage and respond to customer reviews to maintain a high shop rating.
