- Maintain food hygiene and safety practices to comply with health regulations

- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate kitchen activities and ensure clarity of instructions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in Japanese fine dining kitchens
