Jr. Events Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling & Managing Inventory
• Communications with clients
• Identify and coordinate suitable venues, suppliers, and partners for events.
• Supervise event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and teardown, ensuring flawless execution.
• Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to plan and organize event stock requirements.
• Oversee on-site event operations across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
