Role: Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking adetail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst with a strong foundationin accounting principles. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to applytheir accounting knowledge to business analysis within a dynamic teamenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

Data Analysis& Reporting:

Collect, process,and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, andareas for improvement.

Assist in thepreparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations forstakeholders.

Process Mapping& Documentation:

Collaborate withcross-functional teams to document business processes and workflows.

Identifyinefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance operationaleffectiveness.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Communication:

Support senioranalysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

Communicatefindings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.

System Support& Testing:

Assist in theimplementation and testing of financial systems and tools.

Provide supportduring user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.

ContinuousLearning & Development:

Stay updated onindustry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis andaccounting.

Participate intraining sessions and workshops to enhance analytical and technical skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma inAccounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in businessanalysis, accounting, or a related field.

TechnicalSkills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Familiarity withaccounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.

Basic understandingof data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

Analytical &Communication Skills:

Strong attention todetail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective writtenand verbal communication skills.
