Brief Summary:
We seek a proactive individual to manage global AI and technology infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese and Korean speaking clients deploying AI and technology infrastructure on a global scale.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of cross-border infrastructure deployment projects.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and logistics partners to facilitate flawless execution.
- Gather and translate customer requirements into effective operational delivery plans.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and address challenges related to customs compliance and logistics.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
- Enhance client experience while upholding operational excellence and compliance standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the AI Infrastructure division expands.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as operations, project management, or account management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
- Japanese and/or Korean language proficiency to liaise with Japanese and/or Korean speaking stakeholders.
