Company Overview

JoyJuice operates fresh apple-juice vending machines across Singapore, expanding its field operations team to support automated food-service equipment and contribute to the local vending and automation ecosystem.

Job Summary

You will perform daily field operations, maintain and troubleshoot vending machines, ensure food-safety compliance, and support service reliability across Singapore's network of automated apple-juice vending machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field operations including replenishing raw materials and consumables to ensure uninterrupted machine service
• Conduct preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and replace machine components to maintain optimal machine performance
• Execute food-safety and hygiene protocols following Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements to ensure compliance and product safety
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and operational KPIs to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to system alerts and perform on-site technical interventions to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate digital logs documenting replenishment, maintenance, and sanitation activities for operational transparency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure consistent service reliability across all vending machine locations

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude to perform maintenance and troubleshooting (training provided)
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and food-safety standards accurately
• Physical capability to handle apple crates and machine components safely
• Class 3/3A driving licence to travel between machine locations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in vending operations, FMCG replenishment, field servicing, or equipment maintenance is advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and operational discipline to work independently in field-based roles
• Comfortable making independent decisions during field operations

Working Conditions

• Field-based role requiring travel between multiple vending machine locations
• Six-day work week on a roster basis
