Role Description
We are seeking a driven and resilient Sales & Business Development Intern to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who are comfortable with outreach, rejection, and performance targets. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads and contribute to closing new business opportunities in sustainability consulting services.
Approximately 80% of the role will focus on outbound sales and client acquisition, with 20% supporting proposals and internal coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in B2B sales, business development, and commercial growth within the sustainability sector.
1. Sales & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
Primary KPI: Number of quality leads generated and converted into consulting clients
2. Proposal & Client support
Primary KPI: Timely and high-quality completion of client deliverables
