Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Exercise (Manpower Requisition, Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interview, Salary Recommendation, Job Offer and etc,.)
  • Prepare staff to come on board (signing of Employment Contract)
  • Work Pass Administration (Application, Renewal, Replacement and Cancellation)
  • Arrange pre-employment medical examination
  • Create and maintain employee records (Open P-file and input particulars to SAP System)
  • Resolve conflicts among employees by mediating disputes and promoting a positive work environment
  • Manage staff recruitment and job posting
  • Assist in Foreign Worker Levy matters
  • Assist in Productivity Solutions Grant submission
  • Involve in ISO Audit preparation, license renewal process
  • Act as a checker on work done by HR & Admin Team
  • Administer new project preparation
  • Prepare relevant reports for Management review
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
