Role Overview
Join CHJ, a fashion jewelry brand with Eastern heritage, as a Jewelry Consultant at our Singapore store. You will welcome walk-in customers, provide personalized jewelry consultations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers actively and deliver personalized jewelry consultations to create an outstanding shopping experience
- Advise customers on jewelry selection and styling to build trust and foster long-term relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets to contribute to business growth
- Acquire and apply detailed product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials, and styling, to communicate brand values effectively
- Maintain store presentation by ensuring visual merchandising, product displays, and facility safety meet operational standards
- Perform daily inventory counts and secure stock during shift handovers to prevent loss
- Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to recommend store improvements
- Follow company policies and collaborate with team members to enhance store operations
- Adapt to retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to support store needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE N Level or equivalent education
- Experience in retail or jewelry sales
- Passion for luxury products and strong fashion sense
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well in a high-performance environment
- Detail-minded, proactive, and a team player with strong compliance awareness
- Good command of English

Working Hours
