Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries and feedback
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance
- Manage daily stock inventory and ensure accuracy
- Assist in daily retail operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary school & above
- 2-5 years of experience in gold jewellery trade experience
- Proven sales experience with strong closing and upselling skills
- Leadership experience in managing or guiding a team
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated
- Able to communicate in English and other language to clients from a multilingual environment
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
