About the Company

Fujimori Kajita is a fine jewellery brand from Tokyo, specialising in handcrafted accessories designed using the finest gemstones and precious metals with unrivalled craftsmanship unique to Japanese artisans. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team in Singapore.

Job Summary
As a Jewellery Retail Assistant at Fujimori Kajita, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while showcasing our exquisite collection to our valued clients. Fujimori Kajita offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for our team. This is a part-time role, with preference given to candidates who can work on weekends.Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the unique features and craftsmanship of our jewellery collections.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support operational tasks such as stock takes, coordination with Japan headquarters, and maintenance of the shopfront.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  Shift Timings:
  Day Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  Night Shift: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (depending on department store's opening hours).
• Availability for a minimum of two shifts per week (including one weekend shift).
• Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus point) to assist a diverse customer base
• Comfortable using digital tools and software such as Google Workspace
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
